Yes. It is your right to assure the accuracy of the information on your credit file. If the data on your credit reports is not accurate, you have the right to request that the erroneous, obsolete, or inaccurate data be removed. The Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act provide you the legal right to dispute inaccurate items on your credit report with both your individual creditors and the credit agencies.
This will be determined by many factors the number of inaccuracies on your credit file and your ability to rebuild your credit. The dispute letter process generally lasts 6-9 months, however the time it takes to restore your credit can take longer.

Every customer has different profiles. Some may need the services longer than others. We recommend staying on the services for 6-8 months on average for optimal results.
